Friendly, helpful staff, excellent food, nice accommodation ensuring that I felt relaxed by the time and enjoyed my time at Telford. - Room service was very good. Food came on time and tasted lovely.

Very helpful staff, good size bedroom, good location, meals were very good - both in the restaurant and in the bar. - Clean, quiet, food was excellent and the staff were friendly, helpful and easy on the eye.

We were actually booked out to the Holiday Inn as Grays Hotel decided to close for christmas but on check in at The Holiday In we received an ungrade to a deluxe room and the staffon reception were really helpful and great. - Freindly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel and directions by the staff member by phone were excellent.as we were

Everything was fab, the staff, the room, the bar staff they couldn't do enough for us, the hotel was beautiful, the breakfast was buffett self service, eat as much as you like and it was well worth eating - Reception staff changed our room so that we wouldn't be disturbed when they determined we were not part of a wedding function at the hotel

Overton Grange is a great place to stay. Excellent environment, great food (superb dinners and breakfasts - wild duck, wonderful,), lovely welcoming and efficient staff. Excellent hotel - right in centre of town - very friendly staff - busy because of Eistedfodd (apologies to any Welsh people if misspelt) but no problems at all. The sauna, steam room and swimming facilities in this hotel are great.Even better than some five star ive stayed in. Close to shopping and ashort ride to wellington's bars and clubs. - The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, an excellent hotel and i'm sure i'll stay there again.

Beautiful venue. Extremely polite staff even at 1am when I checked in drunk after a friends wedding. The gentleman on reception called me sir despite me staggering in with beer down the front of my suit looking anything but a sir! Luxury rooms great setting in the cheshire countryside. Tad expensive tho -

We only stayed for one night, but I have to say that this Hotel was superb. In terms of value for money, second to none. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff are very attentive, the rooms are simple, but we don't need anything fancy, they were very clean and again exactly what we needed. I cannot r

The complementry bottle of red wine was a surprise, although reception said they would change it to white for when we returned to the hotel later that evening and this was not done. The Reception Staff were very welcoming, and the services in the hotel were just as you would expect for a 4 star hotel. It was lovely sunny day when we arrived, and the main house, gardens and lake were stunning. We had a 'superior room' which had windows overlooking the garden, it was large and airy, complete with fridge, TV, large bathroom. The

I had read mixed reviews prior to visiting and was a little anxious as some were rather harsh about the decor and restaurant service. We were very pleasantly surprised.
