Very helpful staff, good size bedroom, good location, meals were very good - both in the restaurant and in the bar. - Clean, quiet, food was excellent and the staff were friendly, helpful and easy on the eye.

The Reception Staff were very welcoming, and the services in the hotel were just as you would expect for a 4 star hotel. It was lovely sunny day when we arrived, and the main house, gardens and lake were stunning. We had a 'superior room' which had windows overlooking the garden, it was large and airy, complete with fridge, TV, large bathroom. The
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » hotel is luxurious throughout inc the Drawing Room - Everything was perfect. The rooms had just been refurbished and were very clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. I had read mixed reviews prior to visiting and was a little anxious as some were rather harsh about the decor and restaurant service. We were very pleasantly surprised.

Beautiful venue. Extremely polite staff even at 1am when I checked in drunk after a friends wedding. The gentleman on reception called me sir despite me staggering in with beer down the front of my suit looking anything but a sir! Luxury rooms great setting in the cheshire countryside. Tad expensive tho -

The staff were very friendly, room was a nice size, very clean with everything you would need in a room. hotel itself was very interesting and worth exploring. - Staff at front office and house keeping were extremely polite, friendly and nice.

We arrived to a warm welcome on a cold December afternoon, after a family funeral. We immediately felt more like being at home than in a hotel.
The owners are friendly, the accommodation in a gorgeous Georgian farmhouse is clean, spacious, comfortable and sympathetically decorated. We enjoyed being able to sit on big squashy sofas in the lounge

We cannot praise this guest house and its great owners Mel and Brian, their lovely family...including their entertaining resident pooch Basil, enough. This heritage accommodation is quiet, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Excellent quality tea, coffee, biscuits and water is supplied in the room and the gourmet breakfast was delicious.

The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you, especially the manager who made himself known and ensured we had everything that we needed.

Being self employed my self I understands they hours that go into a business to keep it running smoothly and I could see that this business is family run and they work very long hours but still have a happy smile on there faces when ever you see them, they couldn't do enough to please us. The Inn at Grinshill is a real gem. I was looking for somewhere near Shrewsbury as my wife and I wanted to visit the town. I saw the reviews for the Inn and booked on the strength of these. Rural location. Very high quality room. Antiques. Big high comfy bed. Really excellent breakfast. Evening meal was high quality. Generally pretty good value. we got the room for £70 last minute. 2 course meal was £20 but worth it. Big garden. Kitchen was brand new and in view to diners. in all a high quality place to go for a nights DB&B in a pretty village 20 min from Shrewsbury.
