We arrived at 11.15am and the Receptionist found us a room and allowed us to check in early as we were going to a football match. All the staff during the stay were very friendly. The restaurant staff were very professional and the food was excellent. - everything was just so good but the one thing i personally like is the smell of new carpets whic

Andy was a very hospitable host & made our stay enjoyable. Our room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I would recommend Potts of Flemingate to everyone. -

Everything! On arrival we was greeted and showed to our room and the
landlady was more than helpful. Paid and got a receipt. Lovely clean
beds & room. Excellent Price for what we wanted the room for
(Overnight stay), Great Value for us as we are on a budget, Nowhere
cheaper and let us have an extra hour check out. Lovely couple:)

As it was a self catering apartment you had the basic comforts of home. It was literally a two minute walk to the beach, it was what you pay for, it's great for a couple of nights break. We would go back again and would recommend this place if your expectations aren't high. Shower didn't work but was fixed within a couple of hours after we told the owners who were really sweet and helpful

I put budget friendly, but I think better than this... the owners and staff were amazing... very quaint.... lovely, huge room... welcoming, comfortable.. very relaxed... have been travelling for 8 weeks... and one of the most comfortable for a reasonable price place to stay... -

out of the way jewel, lovely and clean, single room was excellent, short walk down to the front near the spa. Owners were great and the breakfast was one of the best. What I liked was there was a lady with a disability/health. the owners could not do enough to help, says it all what kind people they are, lovely stay -

you got looked after the minute you entered so friendly and accomidating .Rooms where lovely clean and comfy and the Breakfast was great and they even gave my Dog his breakfast.

Very welcoming friendly place.
Informal in a good way. A quiet situation which was still very handy for the town centre.
The breakfasts were excellent. Everything was top quality (apart from the kippers - see next column.) We'd certainly stay there again. -

I liked, the welcome, the room was clean and tidy, the bar and lounge was spacious out and friendly. I enjoyed my very short stay. - I was looking for a relaxed friendly atmosphire and i got all this also the food was out of this world fantastic
