Peace and tranquility. The hayloft was wonderful we could look out on to a beautiful garden and watch and listen to the birds just so peaceful. We stay in B&B's at least once a month and this place is the best we've ever stayed in. A B&B with a feel of a 5 star hotel. From the amazing decor, furniture and king size bed to the fantastic peaceful garden. We were blown away by the quality of this place and we'll definately be staying again! -

An absolute joy to stay in; for the price it was fantastic, so much so I will always try to book my time in Hull there! 5 mins walk from the good part of the town. - It's cosy, clean, excellent value and there is so much to eat for breakfast it could keep you going 'till tea. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hull

It was very clean and very peaceful. the breakfast was okay lots of cereals to choose from. the lady was very welcoming. we also loved that we got a loyalty card because we get a free night after staying 5 nights!! we have already recommended to friends as it was so peaceful and a perfect weekend! -

Arrived in the middle of a wake where the vicar, clearly having finished
his part of the proceedings, was able to offer more help than the
receptionist who very clearly was still being overwhelmed by his – 110
mourners, who appeared to be doing anything but mourning, instead of the

The rooms were of an excellent size, the bathroom ideal(though if you were not careful the power shower could blow you out of the room!!) and the location of the accommodation was brilliant. Total quiet.
Staff were friendly and helpful to a fault and the nmanager Kevin could not do enough to make the stay perfect. Absolutely excellent.

If you intend to stay in East Yorkshire and enjoy good food and comfortable surroundings at reasonable rates then this is for you - watch out for the accommodation offers they are really good value. Friendly welcome by very efficient and helpful check in staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Printed off map for directions to a specific restaurant we wanted to visit. Convenient free parking with CCTV. Five minute walk to Hull Old Town. Room spotlessy clean and very comfortable with views across the Humber. Excelleant value for money. -

The room was very comfortable, the bed had a proper memory foam
mattress which meant I slept well and woke up feeling refreshed without
back pain.
The landlady kindly rescued us by photocopying a six page document that was need for a meeting. this was done very graciously and at no charge. The breakfast was excellent.

Position was great for some shopping. Plenty of places to eat out. All staff offered an excellent service. The breakfast was fabulous: lots of choice and plenty of it. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bed was so comfy we didn't want to get up some mornings. A great weekend. Would stay here again.
