The breakfast on offer was excellent, well laid out and a delightful dining area. Service excellent too. It was a very quiet hotel.

lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly helpful staff.Position close to beach in a nice quiet spot no road noise whatsoever. Room was big and breakfast was plentiful -

The skill of the staff was immediately apparent as we arrived and our suitcases were quickly delivered to our room without fuss whilst we checked in. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and courteous during our
stay. From the moment we entered the hotel they treated us like very
special guests on a very special occasion. On top of the excellent
accommodation (we had a seaside view superior room) the food was
also delicious, presented in a very elegant and sophisticated way.

St Mawes is one of the most beautiful towns in Cornwall and this hotel
has the perfect location within the town, situated directly opposite the
small harbour with a beautiful view of the bay. We were fortunate enough
to get a sea view and balcony and I would strongly recommend requesting

The hotel is beautifully decorated, with excellent facilities. Our room was very comfortable, looked lovely and had doors opening onto a decking/garden area (just a shame it was raining the whole time!) From arriving to leaving everything and everyone was excellent.The golf was very good (though rather slow, following a ladies friendly match).
