Genuinely the best guest house we've ever stayed in. Excellent location, easy walk to newquay centre, fistral beach or other beaches. Accommodation is modern, very clean and lacks nothing. Breakfast was to the standard of any five star hotel that we've stayed in. The owners are very pleasant and cannot do enough to please. Even our teens enjoyed it here, the modern living room has Wii and Xbox , its all just very well thought out. We will be booking again. The rooms with sea views are worth a s

EVERYTHING! this place is amazing, one of the nicest places I've ever stayed - including 5 star hotels in Vegas!!! Tracie was fab and couldn't do enough for us to ensure we had an amazing stay. Loved the location - right on the beach easy 3-5 minute walk into town. Staff was extremely friendly. Beach house was comfy and roomy and decorated as a beach house not uptight hotel. Office recommended horse back riding that was cheap n fun - they rented movies also for free which was nice.

One of the best experiences staying in a bed and breakfast I have had. Right from our arrival we were greeted by Jilly who proved to be a fountain of local knowledge for dining, walks and nightlife. All of this was discussed over a glass of champagne provided by Jilly on arrival.

Too much to say in one review, I stay away at least two nights a week. It takes a lot for me to a) really impressed and b) almost speechless, however being shown to Room 5 did both those things!!

wow the lewinnick lodge is amazing, everything about our stay was fantastic, we stayed for two nights in the sunrise room. huge room with views over fistral beach, room spotless and the king size bed was very comfortable, bose I-pod dock, walk n shower and roll top bath by the window, breakfast included and was very good, we had dinner on both nights and was also excellent, the staff were friendly and very helpful, fresh milk delivered to our room for tea and coffee if you want good food, great

All of the staff were very welcoming, and work hard to ensure you have a great stay. Having stayed in a few of the Hotels rooms now, weve found them all to be very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was first class, with plenty of choice, and very well cooked. Lovely place, spotlessly clean, very nicely decorated room with enough space for the cildren to play. Excellent breakfast (I warmly recommend the pancakes). Situated in a quiet rural location at 2 min drive from the closest beach. Lovely people. -
