This is a small 'family'-run guest-house/b'n'b. The room I was in (#4) was large, pleasant and light. It had a tea tray, fridge, tv en suite, desk everything you could want. there was Wi-Fi I was pleased to remain unconnected. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made sure you had information you needed. A great place to stay in Belfast.

Helpful staff. Very clean apartment with all facilities. Milk, bread and cereals were provided on arrival very thoughtful. Great location within walking distance of supermarket, restaurants and pubs. Will definitely recommend to others.

We were out most of the time, however when we had a query, the staff were more than happy to help. The purpose of this trip was that my son is going to work in the USA and so we needed to get a visa from the American Consulate which is close by so that is why we chose the hotel which is good for location. I stayed at the ibis for 5 nights last week and I couldn't fault a thing about the the place. The staff are very friendly and will do anything to help you. Everything about this hotel was amazing for the price. It's not a luxury hotel in the absolute sense, but it certainly felt like one for the amount they charged. Definitely my favorite hotel of my trip. Customer service was on point. Their location is about a 15 minute walk to and from the train station. If I'm ever in Belfast again, this will be my first choice.

Being able to park in own desinated car space in secure car park. Felt really safe & secure with the key fobs which had to be shown in order to gain access to doors & lifts! Beds very comfortable! Apartment clean & comfy! Lovely mountain views! -

We honestly can't see any reason at all why anyone would pay 2-4 times as much to stay in some of Belfast's bigger hotels. Tara lodge had Everything including location. 10-20 mins walk from City hall, about 2 mins walk from a wide variety of restaurants and pubs. Despite this, the Tara is on a very quiet stretch of road lined with classic charming Belfast brick buildings.

I arrived early and we were able to check in early at short notice, I also liked the fact that breakfast was served until 11:30 and check out wasn't until 12:00, it meant we weren't rushing around in the morning. - The room was large enough for a family of four (in two double beds), was clean and quiet. The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. It was also good that breakfast was served until 11.00am at weekends. - Holiday Inn was easy to get to and we were received very well by courteous and competent staff. The hotel was well locate

Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star! The location was excellent with the staff very friendly and helpful. The taxi tours outside the hotel were also excellent - clenleyness and the helpful staff,plus the location,just round the corner from the bus station and shoping centres.
