the appartment was beautiful we were all really impressed and wish we were staying longer! staff were very friendly and helpful even helping us to print off our boarding passes for our journey home. location was perfect as we were going to a concert at kings hall which is also on lisburn road. the secure entry system made us feel very safe. we will

One and only good thing about Belfast.

Excellent service. Apartment was outstanding. Very fast broadband. And you can bring your dog. Very satisfied customer. And I will be back. Highly recommend, five star all the way. - They were nicley renovated. had plenty of room and were well situated with nice tree lined surroundings.

This is a small 'family'-run guest-house/b'n'b. The room I was in (#4) was large, pleasant and light. It had a tea tray, fridge, tv en suite, desk everything you could want. there was Wi-Fi I was pleased to remain unconnected. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made sure you had information you needed. A great place to stay in Belfast.

This B&B was really clean - I can't stress this enough, I was actually surprised how nice they managed to keep the entire house. The staff were both incredibly helpful and friendly, learning guests by name, talking to them, and suggesting activities or ways to save money while traveling. I stayed there for a week on this trip, and will certainly do so again the next time I am in Belfast. -
Location was a close walk to downtown. Staff was very friendly (always called me a cab as I didn't have a phone), helped me print train tickets and answered all my questions. Bathrooms were quite clean. Only thing that maybe was a downer was the wifi in my room wasn't great, but it was great eveyrwhere else so it didn't make a difference to me really

The owner Gerald was so friendly and made us feel right at home. He told us loads about the area and recommended a lovely restaurant. He also had a car space kept for us right at the front of the apartment.

I would have no reservations in recommend -
Brilliant and personal service. Nothing was too much trouble.
We had an excellent stay for the weekend, clean, easy, very affordable and great to have somewhere to eat drink and relax in our own space.
Cheap taxi into town. Would stay again without a second

Helpful staff. Very clean apartment with all facilities. Milk, bread and cereals were provided on arrival very thoughtful. Great location within walking distance of supermarket, restaurants and pubs. Will definitely recommend to others.

The greendoor resturant was excellent. We had not planned to eat in the hotel, however due to heavy rain we choose not to venture out. The owners were lovely and couldnt do enough for us if we needed anything we only had to ask. The room was very spacious with comfy bed. Free wifi. Complimentry tea qnd coffee tray with enough to keepus going all weekend unlike chains of accomodation which uusualy provide enough for one cup. Would highly recommend to people wantimg a short city break. I will deffinately be booking again.
