Loved the fact that we were a two minute walk from the shops and near restaurants for the evening. Excellent value for money and a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Much nicer than your run of the mill holiday inn or travel lodge where they are all the same! Also liked that you had a bar connected so we could have a drink late evening.

Room was slightly on the small side but was bright, nicely decorated & nipping clean, the bed was very comfy, shower was great & my wife loved the complimentary biscuits. Girl on reception was really friendly & efficient. Did not dine there but has a few drinks in the fat badger bar which we enjoyed. The price of the room was excellent @ £59 for a double. Would deffo stay again

Made welcome from the minute i arrived and immediately offered tea and cake which was not expected but a lovely touch. Good location, Very friendly and helpfull staff (Tabs). Room 2 at the front is a larger than standard room. Radox products in bathroom only downside a bit flowery for us men good that it was not in sachets but full bottles.Tea coffee, Kettle, Iron and ironing board in room. The room was very well appointed and decorated. It was very large, bright and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a wide section. The bar snacks were nicely presented and good vaule for money. Service was excellent and housekeepng was of a very high standard. Staying at this hotel made our visit really enjoyable
