We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Would definitely stay agai

The hotel itself is the star of the show...beautiful restoration.....it is like walking around a film set! Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab! Great ambience and relaxing area to sit/eat...also lovely selection of food to choose from.

The decor and the ambience are fabulous, the whole concept is fantastic, the rooms, the gorgeous indulgent restaurant, the cosiness and opulence of the cocktail bar, but the most fantastic idea I have not come across before; the pantry! Kitted out with lovely units, perfectly located to the bedrooms and the cake makes a welcome treat.

Fantastic hotel, art deco/contemporary design but with Victorian London architecture. The bar and restaurant remind me of boutique Miami locations.
Excellent location for Kings Cross/St Pancres & easy hop to the West End.
Great cocktails, nice ambience in the bar and the restaurant was more like a dining room, with initmate feel, great food and excellent service.
Rooms are not huge and but comfortable and very well furnished.

The location was amazing - right across the road from St
Pancras/Kings Cross train station. There were plenty of eating
places with a minutes walk. The hotel also offered a discount in a local
restaurant. The room was spacious, well lit and tastefully decorated. I

We came into London by Eurostar to see a show and then we had to get to
Heathrow the next morning. This hotel is perfectly positioned for easy
access to all the train stations we needed and although the room was
small, it was spotless And refurbished. We took a street level room as
there are no lifts and we had heavy cases and with the air con on plus
the double glazing had no issues with noise. Great for a short stay.

Excellent location, we were worried that it may be noisy in the room because of the location but we never heard a thing! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!

Perfect location. 5 mins walk from St. Pancreas station. Very safe area. Even though our budget studio was small, around 110 sq ft, we were most impressed that the hotel managed to fit a frig, stove top, an oven, sink, microwave, a small wall hung vaccum and even a separate small freezer on just one side. Arrived very early from a very long flight and allowed us to check in straight away. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Perfect location in a very quiet area but very close to King Cross station. Many nice restaurants and pub at 5 minutes walking. Also British Museum and University of London are at only 10 minutes walk. The room is small but very clean and efficient, with good free WIFI and a coffee machine. English breakfast (salty and sweet) is included. Good price with respect other hotel.

I liked the location and also the breakfast was excellent.The staff were very pleasant and helpful and would stay there again - I was welcomed at reception, I stayed in a very comfortable, clean room and the restaurant food and service was absolutely fantastic.

καλη θεση διπλα στο μετρο ωραιο δωματιο - The Hotel Russell is in a great location, well decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and checking in and out was a breeze. Delicious breakfast and excellent serving times - up until 12.00 noon on a Sunday - Bliss! Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube. NCP car park 5 min walk. -
Reasonable sized room; good quality furniture.
Very good swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. with good changing facilities & showers.

I would stay again - The staff were very friendly and accomodating.My Mum and I went to London for a 3 day break, this hotel was convenient for getting to and from the station. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean. I would recommend a stay at this hotel and will certainly go back. Very good value for money!!

We stayed in this hotel from 18-22 November 2013. The room and bathroom were very clean, towels replaced everyday. Perfect location: 20 min walk to Pancras station, 15 min walk to Chinatown-Soho, 20 min walk to Trafalgar square, 25 min walk to Big Ben tower. British Museum, one of the best in the world, is only 5 min away. Personnel very kind: we needed a British electric plug. Instead of buying one, we could use one from the hotel during our 5 day stay. Our personal overal quotation would be 9

Staff were very attentive. I was able to leave luggage as I arrived well before check in time and they put it in my room for me. Room was clean and quiet. It was excellent that there was 24hrs free WIFI which was essential for business use
