We arrived with our son who is wheelchair bound , and the owner couldn't have been more helpful. She even sent his breakfast up to him on a tray!!! FANTASTIC....The building couldnt have been more central!! All in all, a fantastic budget place to stay in Edinburgh. The owner should be very proud , they do a fantastic job, we loved our stay here.

Morag (the owner) was VERY nice and courteous. She greeted us warmly and seemed genuinely interested in what we were doing each day and how we were enjoying Scotland. Also, her breakfast was great and always waiting. Meats, cheeses, huge croissants, choice of cereals and juices.

Within walking distance of Castle and Old Town, it is located within New Town.
Close to main bus routes and train station - car can be left at park and ride for free, then a cheap 30 minute

I stayed for one night at the Edinburgh Townhouse, and the single room with ensuite was very comfortable. The Townhouse is about a 20 minute walk from Edinburgh, Waverley Rail Station, and situated on castle Street, just off Princes Street. I enjoyed a tasty, continental Breakfast in the morning.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean, and I was able to make use of all the facilites easily. - Staff were most helpful. They left clean towels etc outside my room when they could not get in. Left luggage available and later check out time of 12md. I arrived early and was given a complimentary coffe

All our stay was perfect. The bedroom was just like the one in the

The Elder York Guest House is a lovely place to stay in Edinburgh! The location is excellent, walking distance to all attractions. There are road works going on, but these won't interrupt your stay and should be over soon. We were greeted on arrival in a friendly way and shown our very clean and spacious room, with bathroom ensuite. Our host offered an excellent recommendation for a pub for dinner. Great location and convenient for pubs cafes, shops and sight seeing.
Our room situated at the back was quiet and we had a good night's
sleep. Very helpful and cheerful receptionists. The fire-alarm went off
on one occasion, firemen turned up and declared it as a false alarm, at
least we felt safe. We will book again in the near future. -

the room was superb, staff were more than helpful,especially the porter who looked after our luggage, plus whilst being unwell on my first night, I rang reception for some blankets and they brought them straight up to my room. The efficiency and friendliness of the staff, especially in the dining room. With a Premier Inn you know just what to expect, comfortable beds, cleanliness and welcome, at a reasonable price. Absolutely wonderful place to stay!!! We came with a 4 month old, and they could not have been more accommodating! It was raining and they even lent us umbrellas for the day. The room was wonderful, clean and the staff were beyond nice. I would recommend this place to stay for anyone visiting Edinburgh. Plus it's right in the middle of everyth

We didhave one problem that when we first got our room it wasnt clean butthis was quickly rectified and we got a new room and a welcome pack.Only other problem was tv reception but I did not spend much timewatching tv anyway.
