Staff was great. Hotel was in a good location close to the Metro. It was a very nice suprise to find this hotel was such a place in considering my first time in London and not knowing the area. - This extremely clean and modern refurbed hotel is ideal for the weekend jaunt or business visit.

The staff was very healpful. Everyone was pleasant. The room was muchlarger than we expected. Very clean.Breakfast was very good and foodwas plentiful. A quiet location but central to everything. There is no lift at this hotel, and if you are carrying suitcases to the
fourth floor, it is quite a climb. The hotel is a bit rundown, but if
you need a place to stay that will not break the budget, this is it. It
is close to Paddington Station, and the Italian restaurant around the
corner, Villa Rosa, has the best spaghetti that I have ever eate

Location is great, hotel area is decent, it is very near to Lancaster
underground station. They have given us a room at ground floor but we
requested a room at up floor (same floor with our other friends). They
helped us asap.

Margo and Lucas were very helpful in every way possible to ensure our
visit was special. You are very lucky to have them working for you
because they obviously like people and take their job very seriously.
They were professional and also very friendly, and great at helping us
feel welcome and comfortable at Europa House...and in London. I

Great location, the children loved the spa bath and tv in the bathroom.
We were given a late check out and when my son left a valuable item in
the apartment, a member if staff went and got it and secured it until it
was collected. A well appointed apartment making a comfortable stay -

The staff were very welcoming & the room was clean & very comfortable. We liked that we could have a family room with five beds which saved us
having to book 2 rooms in other hotels. The staff were accomodating and
friendly. The breakfast was good and nothing was too much trouble for
the staff. We also liked that they looked after our luggage when we
checked out so we could enjoy another day in London without having to
take our suitcases with us. Overall excellent value for money, ideally
situated for Paddington station, around the corner there is a tour bus
stop,
