This is my second stay in this hotel and we got the highest floor instead of the basement which is a good start. Quite near to lancaster gate st, so it's easy for us to access the tube. Clean rooms as usual and friendly staffs. They have a storage room just in case you arrive earlier than the check in time or if you would like to keep your bags in

Good value for money! Most of the staff were friendly and helped us with what we needed. Breakfast was better than expected, no gourmet but the basic Brit bacon, eggs, beans & toast. Extra thanks for the very swift repairment of the leaking tap in our room! 24-h reception was good! If you're looking for a nice little budget room where you go to sleep and spend the rest of the time exploring London I can strongly recommend this hotel!

We were very happy with our three night stay at Lancaster Gate Hotel and highly recommend it. The location is superb on a quiet street only a block from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. We had learned that there is variation in room sizes, but we were very happy with our spacious room and bath. People have commented on the expensive breakfast,

Hotel under renovations and road closed but it was never less good. An explanation of air conditioning would have been helpful. We saw 28 heat and thought it was ON so we were cold for a day. First time in 40 years of ANY hotel we we charged to store our luggage for a few hours--and also charged £10 an hours overstay when we requested late stay provided hotel not full. Our plane took off 6pm. Not a way to keep customers. On principle I would prefer to pay £25 more at the Radisson 4 stars nearby

In my party of friends there was 5 adults and 2 children the youngest being 2. Our welcome was very warm and friendly. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was reasonably clean and was nice and toasty which after spending the evening in Hyde Park at Winter Wonderland was great!!!The location was perfect. I have already recommended it to friends.

Hotel is very clean staff are really more than excellent very helpful and professional
Deluxe Rooms are comfortable with all the facilities needed I would consider that hotel to be one of the favorites the only problem is that there is no lift but I have notified them and they booked me a room in the second floor which was excellent -

The location is perfect. Close to 3 underground stations and to Oxford Street. It has a familiar atmosphere and the people running the hotel are very nice, helpful and friendly. It is safe and the location is safe surroundings. It is very clean, beds very comfortable, and rooms are very spacious. Good value for money. Breakfast is good. Has wifi everywhere.
