There was a cosy family feel to the hotel, with only 5 or 6 bedrooms and a very personal touch. We were offered a cup of tea in the garden when we first arrived, and breakfast was cooked to order and served in a family dining room with the other guests in the morning. The piano in the hallway was utilised by another guest and it was pleasant to hear in the morning while we were getting ready. The hotel is quaint and eccentric, which gives it some charm. Queen Charlottes Orangery is unique. It is like stepping into a fairy tale with its' beautiful furnishings and garden. We were made to feel extremely welcome by Greg who showed us to our room called Sofia which was absolutely delightful with a four poster bed and all the comforts one would expect from a four/five star hotel. Unfortunately we didn't meet Denise on this occasion but Greg proved to be a very warm and amusing host and provided great breakfasts. He also provided us with a park

The rooms were amazingly decorated and very spacious and clean. We had a ground floor room with a conservatory and our daughters were on the first floor. There was a small kitchen in each room which we only used for coffee/tea, but you could do some self catering. It was great having a car park and the walk into the town centre was a 5-10min stroll across the Pulteney Bridge. Would definitely stay here again on next visit to Bath.

the staff were very friendly and helpful the rooms were really clean and the fact that we were so near to the city centre walking distance and we could leave the car where it was, the whole experiance was lovely - Great location, very easy to get into central Bath across the bridge.
