its is nicely situated on the east of Cheltenham ideally for walkers and business people. The staff are nice and friendly you get a good welcome and the owners will greet you when you arrive or see you off when you leave.
The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean there`s a few little added touches in every room.

This welcoming hotel just outside Cheltenham is on a quiet section of the A40, with views across the garden to the hills beyond. You can easily get into Cheltenham by bus and there are lots of walks in the surrounding countryside. The hotel has a conservatory, bar and restaurant (which we didn't try but the menu looked attractive). There are plenty of books and newspapers if you prefer to stay indoors. It was the first time we had travelled with a young baby and staff were very supportive initially over the telephone then in person, providing a travel cot in the room and a high chair at meal times. The food was reasonably priced and very good, and the rooms were modern and quiet. I would certainly stay again. - The room was lovely and comfortabl

Enjoyed it very much indeed. The views are super of course. Walking up Cleeve Hill behind the hotel is wonderful, especially in the sunshine, which we had. Upon arriving at this hotel it was brought to our attention that there
was no cot beds (which we had booked) left for our room. In the next
breath the lady on reception said that she had organised for a cot bed
to be collected from an other premier in and it would be In our room as

Staff were lovely at the reception. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was a good temperature and had everything you needed. It was very clean. Had extra pillows and towels which is always appreciated. Its location is next door to an amazing Beefeater where the food was delicious and had won awards for excellence. Also really close to Sainsbury's and Wholefoods.

For the type of hotel it was very good. Clean,warm and comfortable with a decent bathroom. Easy to get to the town centre with a very good bus service. The prices went up a little for Cheltenham festival but that's what you expect. Very reasonable price compared to other hotels on the vicinity. -

From the moment we arrived at the hotel staff were available to help with our luggage, also the lady on reception notices I was using a stick and moved us to a room on the first floor as the hotel has no lift which was really appreciated, The room was spacious and had everything you needed,everyone was very friendly and helpful and we will definit

The team at the hotel could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Great location just a two minute walk from Montpellier which is a lovely area for a sunny evening. Rooms were clean and ours was a good size.

Excellent value for money; we (a family of four) paid the same amount to stay in this beautiful hotel as we had paid for a grotty bandB in Folkestone. Breakfast was superb. We also enjoyed unlimited use of the squash courts. Note that the hotel is due to close for refurbishment in January. - The staff were so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too

The views were amazing as was the hotel. - the hotel is set in the middle of the countryside so very peaceful, the nearest town and good night life is just 10 minutes away. fantastic for those who want the best of both worlds!

Sumptuous luxury,attention to detail,breakfast,location,helpful staff - The room, especially the bathroom, was fantastic. The bed was extrememly comfortable.
