Clean and comfortable. Pleasant decor and furnishing. Helpful friendly and courteous proprietor. I stay in a lot of hotels and you learn that the first thing to do is check everything works, if there is to be the slightest chance of anything being fixed before you leave. So when a light bulb blew I was delightfully surprised to find it instantly replaced without my even reporting it.

excellent hotel will recommend to friends. We thought the service was excellent the rooms were great with a lot of attention to detail. Convenience of kitchen area, laundry, and the space to relax and have a conversation with others. Also, the apts are in a great location, close to town, restaurants, and bus/train station. The Leckhampton Suite was spacious and beautifully presented with all
the amenities that anyone could wish for whilst on holiday or on
business. It is located downstairs but was very private. Breakfast
supplies were lovely - fruit, cereals, juice, etc. It is well located
for restaurants, cinemas and the high street. Parking is at the rear and
very convenient. We used Portland Apartments as our base to touring the
Cotswalds and also S.Wales. Owners, Alison and Kevin, were both very

Excellent. We love this place and will go back again. Very clean. The kitchen had every things that your kitchen had, even a dishwasher. Washing & drying machine is new. The owner is very friendly. Excellent 2 Bedroom. 1 en suite.
Only 2 people stayed would easily accommodate 4/5. King size beds that can be zipped apart to make singles. Loads of Coffee, Tea, Breakfast cereals, croissants, orange juice. This was areal nice touch. Went into the living room and a full bowl of fresh fruit. Small things always make it a very pleasant stay in a top notch very clean and well decorated apartment. Less than 5 minutes walk to the center of town.

Lydia and Jill were gracious, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was large, clean and so very convenient to shopping, restaurants and drives to the Cotswolds. Breakfast was excellent and served by a smiling Lydia and Jill!

I had the smallest room. It was great, with it's own outside terrace and enough space inside for a one night stay.
The owner Sue was more than welcoming and friendly. The breakfast room and lounge is period and of high quality and furnishings. The breakfast was delicious with friendly and attentive service.

The whole experience is the best I have had! From very friendly helpful
staff to attention to detail in the room, there is nothing that
hasn't been thought of. With so much history and luxury within The
Bradley you still get a very comfortable warm feel around the building
which can be lost in some establishments. Food and location are also
great and cannot wait for an excuse to return, I haven't stopped

Hey, the key pick-up was Cheltenham! I used to live there and had forgotten how nice it was. Old school mammers and full of charm. Apartment was just as described by Suzanne and fully equiped. The only problem was getting the grill to work - never had one before that only works when the door is closed! - Great location and so much more pleasant
