First impressions count, and they are good. Paul, the landlord,
greeted me on arrival. He's friendly and just has that knack of
getting people.
Our room was quite spacious, for Blackpool B&B, and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and it was all clean.
Paul is always genuinely cheerful and always available. I'm not sure when he sleeps. He's there late at night for a night cap after a show, and there again for breakfast, which is very good and plentiful. No need to eat again until dinn. όλα τα σχόλια »
We were travelling with our 2 young boys of 5 and 8 and were very pleased with the family room as it had an adjoining room for the boys so we all had lots of space.
We loved the spa bath!
Tram stop right outside the hotel made travelling up and down the promenade very easy!
Excellent value for money - we enjoyed the breakfast and evening meal - we will come back again if we can find the same deal of £105 per night half-board for a family room.
Breakfast is served from 7.30 which is great becaus.
The hotel was brilliant. The location was a 2 minute walk from Blackpool tower and other attractions in the town. There was a shopping centre 20 seconds away too. Paul the owner was a brilliant host and made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived to the morning we checked out. The rooms where cosy and beds comfortable. I would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone thinking of going to Blackpool.
This hotel is lovely, the rooms spotless, bar reasonable and breakfast is fantastic.
The location of the hotel is just minutes walk from the Tower and ideal for shopping, amusements, beach etc.
Paul ans Mandi are really friendly and can't do enough to help, nothing too much trouble.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone, we are already looking to return again soon.
first visit here... brill service..brill location..brill breakfast...paul the owner feels like a friend as soon as you walk in...nothing is too much trouble..even gave us the big family room as it was a quiet week...we only booked a small double!... as the name says boomerang...we will definately be back... again again and again...cheers paul and mandy :-).
The hotel was lovely, paul the manager was brilliant, the breakfast was superb, the room was really nice with a beautiful en-suit, I highly recommend this hotel, I came with my partner and 4 children and would certainly come again, we was relaxed, comfy, had everything we needed and the manager was fab! We will be back xxx the rushton family xxx.
Paul the owner was very friendly and welcoming, the hotel is very clean and beds comfortable, full english breakfast cooked well, all amenities and shops a couple of minutes walk away, maybe a wadrobe in the room if you were staying longer than a couple of nights or were a family.
The Boomerang is ideally located, behind the winter gardens, next to the shopping mall and a 5 minute walk to the bars and clubs. The rooms were fine for a weekend, nothing fancy but clean. Paul, the owner, is a brilliant host. Nothing is too much trouble for him.
paul couldnt do enough for us always on hand to help and always with a smile. cups were missing in 1 room but as soon as we asked he replaced. The breakfast was really good. This was an enjoyable stay & good value for money will def stay there again.
The weekend was excellent, we were extremeley near the attractions so walking was not an issue. The breakfast was very nice, bar very freindly. We were given a massive room which was really clean. Lovely man who served us all weekend,, BIG THX XX.
Nice, clean & tidy hotel conveniently located. Paul was very helpful with a wicked sense of humour. Spacious room with comfy bed & all amenities. Good breakfast. Enjoyed our stay immensely so a definite 10 for this one!.
the location was excellent for us being by the north end of blackpool, we could see the tower from our window, and opposite us was the winter gardens, plus the shopping centre was just a short walk down the street.
Paul the owner was great and made all our group feel welcome. We were a group on a stag weekend, however, the hotel is very much catered for families! Overall in a great location and Paul the owner made our stay.

Truly, there isn't anything not to like in this Blackpool B&B.
We were on the first floor so could hear the loud music from below playing until 10.45pm which meant our children didn't sleep until it had finished- this probably wouldn't have been an issue if we were on a higher floor.
We were all awake by 5.30am as the room had beautiful big windows but no blackout curtains which means the rooms are very light early in the morning- blackout curtains/blinds would make a big difference.
the only thing, was the heat in our room, small issue.
There were no bad points in this hotel.

the water pressure was low in the bathroom,we were on the 3rd floor, no parking, except for unloading, and no fault of paul, the owner the weather was terrible, rain and hail.

The shower wasn't the best that's the only complaint!.
The bathroom was a bit cold due to the window not closing properly.
the room could get abit too hot at night even with the radiators off
theres no way of keeping the milk fresh for the teas and coffees.
Get some pictures or key Aussie phrases in your wall-hung picture frames! I'll send you a book for inspiration.

the noise level of other guests when arriving back in after a late night out and banging around at silly oclock with no thought for guests staying with children or senior citizens.

Small rooms, few locations were closed due to time of year ...
only the noise at 7am from a family upstairs which is the luck of the draw who is there at the time of your stay, next time I will ask for a top floor.
Room was rather small but served its perperce.
pestered by street beggars (mainly evenings).
