From when i entered the hotel i was greeted by the owner,he was very polite and paid attention to me,he checked me in then offered to carry my bag to the room,he also showed me to the room.
The room was very clean,it was at the rear of the building.
Breakfast was good and plenty.
when i had to leave they allowed me to leave my bags there for the day as my train was in the evening.I will stay there again in the near future.No complaints at all. όλα τα σχόλια »
we stayed for one night only to attend a concert at winter gardens the location was fab really close the hotel was really clean and presentable the staff were lovely and offered to do our breakfast one hour early as we all had to get to work the manager said we are very flexible they certainly were ten out of ten and a truly delicous quality english breakfast was served would not hesitate to stay again thank u all at the carlton the lumbs.
Me my friend and our 2 little girls stayed at the Carlton for 1 night, I'm very particular with where I say but I could not fault it at all, the staff were brilliant the room was everything we expected and more and the breakfast was "amazing" as said by my 9 yr old daughter who had the full English! Would definitely stay there again xx.
Check in was very quick. Shown to our room. The room was very clean and well equipped. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast was plentiful, well cooked and quickly served. free wi-fi was excellent and was very reliability and a good quality. Hotel is not too noisy and had very good nights sleep.
Very friendly staff booked for 3 nights but had to cancel the last night this was done by the hotel with no problems.
Changed the time of breakfast for us as we had to leave earlier for work. Room was very clean and well maintained.

The hotel was centrally placed but the area wasn't too noisy into the early hours! Our room wasn't the biggest but decorated very well. The gentleman who checked us in was really efficient and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated about 5 minutes walk from the tower, and even less from some of the shops. The room was quite small, but very comfortable, and good value for money.
From the moment we arrived we were made really welcome. The staff were very helpful and the service was excellent. The hotel facilities were more than expected for the price - I would definitely stay there again.
Rooms are clean and kept to a good standard. Food is great and is excellent value for money. location is ideal for attractions tower just round the corner and the pleasure beach just a couple of tram stops away.
Flexibility and friendliness of owners/staff. The young family running the Carlton work their butts off keeping up the very old building. It's a quiet place but only a few minutes walk to the center of Blackpool.
The owners, Stuart and Elizabeth, were friendly and helpful. They made the visit more personal and ensured that our needs were catered for. Great value, in a good central location! We will be visiting again :).
Lovely hotel. Very clean and staff are very welcoming :) Rooms were a good size. Shower was brilliant! Very rare you get a power shower in blackpool hotels!! Overall great stay and would go back again.
We had a lovely stay. The family room was clean and of a really good size. The owners were lovely and even gave our children an easter egg which I thought was a lovely touch. Would definitely go back.

Basic rooms but clean and nice atmosphere. Great location as right in the centre, 5 minutes walk maximum from the Blackpool Tower. Staff are so friendly. Perfect for a budget-friendly stay.
Owners are very friendly and helpful, clean, newly redecorated, good breakfast. Very close to the Winter Gardens and Tower. If traditional Blackpool is for you this is a good option.
