  The staff were excellent, especially as they were unable to find our booking which we made through letsbookhotel.com. They handled the situation very quickly and were able to make a new booking at the price we had originally booked. The rooms were very clean and we had an excellent view over Birmingham. Lovely spacious twin room, really cosy beds, excellent powerful shower, lovely massive towels...everything was spotless! Made use of the fantastic leisure facilities too - v well equipped gym, lovely swimming pool / sauna / steam room and jacuzzi. Highly recommend!!!

  We liked the position as we were eating & shopping around the Mailbox. We really enjoyed relaxing & playing in the spa pool - wish we had brought our gym kit too. The view from the restaurant and the quality of the breakfast.   Warm welcme and friendy staff, Very good room,clean, excellant bed and spoitless bathroom. No noise.
