I had a single room that was a good size, clean and comfortable. With free WiFi and room enough to spread work out the room doubled up as a rather useful office too.
I'll certainly be using the hotel again and have already recommended it to a couple of associates.

Now that I know where it is, it is very conveniently located for my work. The room was very comfortable and it was so peaceful I had an excellent night's sleep. The breakfast was also excellent. Will definately stay there again.

Close proximity to railway station and Bullring/city centre, easy walking distance.
Clean, modern and stylish yet calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Seeing as this hotel only opened up 5 days before I arrived it was
immaculate, clean, tidy, fresh, open, bright, welcoming and many more.
The best thing about this hotel was the Aircon as I always seem to
overheat in other hotels that offer it but it’s just a fan on the wall,

The hotel was easy to find, as I arrived at the Birmingham train station (about 15 minutes walk).
At arrival, staff was friendly and check-in straightforward and quick.
They gave me big room with a double-bed, with a modern decoration in the 8th floor. A great desk and office chair for work with laptop was available. A generous LCD with relatively good variety of British TV programs. The room was very quite, no noises interrupted me at sleep.
Breakfast quality was compatible with paid amount.

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and I had left valuables in my room (forgot to put them in the free safe) and the cleaners did not steal anything. Very helpful, Knowledgable & Informative staff (we went for a concert),
Clean & Comfy rooms, we liked the fact that they served food until 1am for everyone coming back from the concert and that they extended their breakfast hours the following morning. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection -

This was my second stay here (and I've booked for a third in September) and it was as good as the first time.
Friendly staff, good food, nice beer and a very clean and comfortable bed.
- The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Also they were cheerful. The room was nice and clean, but was a bit to hot for me.

The atmosphere as soon as you enter the foyer, the reception area and our room were all extremely pleasing! We loved our room, on the 12th floor, very roomy, great views, great kitchen area for having pre dinner drinks with friends! We would definitely stay again! -

The fact that the staff were focussed on the guests' needs at all times. They were obviously working as a team under the ethos that enthusiasm and professionalism establishes the standard of the hotel - and it worked!
The concept of the hotel was interesting (an eye hospital transformed into a luxury hotel) and that difference added to its charm.

The food was fabulous; the beds were extremely comfortable and the atmosphere was not pretentious or overbearing.
We loved the whole experience.

We used Hotel du Vin as a base for a hen party and enjoyed drinks in the bar, booked Afternoon Tea and a Cocktail Masterclass, along with the accommodation. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect for everyone and suited our trip. A lovely weekend and appreciated the little touch of having the Hen's name outside the function room we were using for the Cocktail Masterclass. The whole concept is fantastic!! The room was gorgeous, like having your own trendy pad in the city! This hotel is right in the centre of Birmingham so location is great. The staff were very helpful with giving tips for best overnight parking. Check in was very easy and quick. The room was a decent size and very clean, a typical Premier Inn room. The bed was very comfortable (firm, which we like) and we had a peaceful nights sleep, in fact we didn't hear anything at all. Shower was really hot and powerful. Definitely stay again.

Perfectly located , in town centre and close to train station , what more can you ask for .
