All rooms offered on advance purchase terms only - A debit/credit card is required to charge full pre-payment at the time of booking. This is non refundable and non transferable. All bookings are governed by the hotel's standard terms of booking. Arrivals must be between 16.00 and 20.00. A GBP 250.00 security deposit will be pre-authorised against your nominated payment card. This will be released following satisfactory inspection of the apartments. This is processed as per your card issuer's policy. In the event of contract breach however, this deposit will be forfeited by way of penalty. Guests are required to show valid, nationally recognised photo identification and produce the payment card upon check-in. Admittance will be refused in absence of this. Minimum guest age is 25. Admittance will be refused to guests under 25 years of age. All apartments are non smoking. Only the number of guests stated on the booking confirmation are permitted to stay. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Any supplementary requests such as parking, additional beds, check in/out variation will result in additional fees becoming payable at the hotel. Please inform Easy Stay Apartments - Birmingham Broad St in advance of your expected arrival time.
