Julie and her sister were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived.
It was very handy for the N.E.C., with a bus stop just round the corner. The railway station has free parking, and is a short drive away, making it easy to get into town or to the exhibition/conference centre and airport.
We would visit again without hesitation..

Absolutly everything! The feature room was stunning, the bar food was delicious as was the breakfast the next morning. The staff were wonderful. The receptionist was so kind and helpful, the waiter was lovely, and the kitchen staff were so accomodating and made me alternative meals when they were low on ingridients, resourceful and delicious! The best part of the stay was the wonderful restaurant Peels. The food was wonderful , the service excellent, all presided over by James Hill - whose vision was not one of short term profit but long term success. The general good nature of all the staff seemed to mirror his vision.

Excellent comfortable and quiet room (don't worry about being near the flight path to the airport - aircraft noise is not a problem) with free wifi and, being a farm, the very friendly owners are more like hosts than staff. Church Farm is the ideal place to stay if you like a rural setting on the doorstep of the NEC. Comfortable, functional and all facilities we needed close at hand. The owners are friendly and welcoming but leave you to enjoy complete independence. Perfect for our stay. The horses in the courtyard we stayed in made us feel very at home.

The owners of the hotel/guest house and their family were very friendly.
Accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable with quality toiletries in the bathroom.
There were extras in the rooms such as towelling robes, slippers, soft drinks, bottled water, crisps, biscuits, tea, coffee, (complimentary).
Nothing was too much trouble for the owner

Cannot fault this hotel. Very home from home. Set in a quiet location on the edge of a housing estate with a park/nature reserve to the side. Great owners who were very welcoming and attentive and who couldn't do enough for us. Hotel has nice touches such as the complimentary mini bar. Lovely room and good breakfast to start the day. Close to NEC,10 to 15 minutes walk to/from the local station and 4 minutes on the train to Birmingham International. Thanks again for a great stay. Will stay again

We stayed at the White House because we were going to gardeners world live at the NEC which was only minutes away. Carolyn the owner is so helpful. she makes you feel 'home from home'. Breakfast is wonderful, full english highly recommended. we used the b & B for one night, before flying from Birmingham. carolyn kindly let us leave the car there for four day, short taxi ride to the airport. all in all a great place to stay and a great service. many thanks

We found the hotel easy to find and access having travelled from Devon to Birminham New Streeet then on to Birmingham International and on to the sky rail. We have just come back from a one night stay at the Premier Inn NEC and I could not fault the hotel in any way. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, every one of them. The bar/restaurant area was great and the staff efficient and friendly. Note: It is a little far to walk to the NEC but there are plenty of taxi's and the parking at the NEC, although £8 is very well organised. - The pleasant atmosphere and the very obliging, helpful and welcomingstaff on entering the hotel. Although we didn't have the time to haveour evening meal there (due to our late arrival, caused by delayedtrains etc), we made sure we had the full buffet breakfast , which Imust say was absolutely fabulous!! A quiet drink in the Hotel bar, afterthe show rounded our evening off perfectly

my friend and i stayed overnight before leaving on a holiday. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were going to go into the airport for an evening meal but having looked at the menu we decided to stay in. Both of us enjoyed the food which was of a very good quality.

Good location, ideal base for our visit to the lg Arena to see Meatloaf.
After the conceret, we were looking for somewhere to eat and were
pleasantly surprised at what was available at the hotel at such a late
time, 11:20pm. We were even more surprised at the quality of the food
that was provided, really tasty and extremely well presented.....and
also great value. The lager also....£3.10 A pint.....30p cheaper than my

I only stayed one night, as we were flying from Birmingham International, the receptionist was very helpful and booked us a taxi for the morning. The hotel was very nice and clean. - Friendly staff, good information available, very high standard of accommodation.

Everything! We had a fabulous welcome. We arrived early, and even though they were busy with breakfasts for other guests, we were given a pot of tea to welcome us and were allowed to check in straight away.

The owners are really kind and helpful. They even offer to pick you and even take you to the airport, train station and even the NEC. Enjoyed our stay there had a delicious breakfast and were even offered a packed lunch to take with us for our return flight. It's a homely environment with clean rooms. Suggest the place to whoever wish to stay in a quiet yet homely envirinment :)
