  Excellent comfortable and quiet room (don't worry about being near the flight path to the airport - aircraft noise is not a problem) with free wifi and, being a farm, the very friendly owners are more like hosts than staff. Also, excellent breakfasts and the nearness to the airport. And all this at a very reasonable price. Comfortable, functional and all facilities we needed close at hand. The owners are friendly and welcoming but leave you to enjoy complete independence. Perfect for our stay. The horses in the courtyard we stayed in made us feel very at home.

  Hospitality and friendliness of the owner and staff. Rooms were modern (renovation in 2011), tea and coffee in the rooms, quilt covers, excellent bathrooms with spacious showers. Excellent breakfast (you would pay £10pp+ in hotel for this!). Provides receipts for business travellers. Good sized car park. In fact a recent traveller who stayed at a hotel in the NEC grounds said he would be staying here in fu - Very welcoming and friendly Staff location was great. Room was very Comfortable and clean didn’t hear much of the pub downstairs. But we knew that it was a pub so that was to be expected and it was great. Food was great, evening meals were priced reasonable. And an excellent morning Breakfast. Would stay there again
