Stayed during snow disruption (w/e 6 Feb) Staff and Manager excelled in their care for all guests. Food was very good too, even though they hadnt had a delivery of fresh stock for days! The staff were all excellent and extremely polite. I have stayed at far
more expensive airport hotels and had much poorer service. The

This hotel was excellent for location,literally a 5 minute walk from the
airport. There's also a free shuttle bus from stand 2 that drops you
off within 100 yards of the hotel The beds were very comfortable We were
a late check in after a midnight landing at Luton, staff couldn't do
enough. We had a connecting filght at Heathrow back to Canada next day
and booked our seats in advance at the hotel, front desk staff offered
to print our boarding passes from the internet. Rooms were small but

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the check in was done
quickly. The room was impeccable - clean and comfortable. It had a
coffee maker and flat screen tv. Soundproof windows were very good as
the planes took off or landed just a few hundred yards away. Easy access
to the airport by foot if you need to walk. Free parking if you're a

we arrived at the hotel early and did not expect to be given a room until later in the day. The front desk staff (Justin) went out of their way to find us a family room. the room was very clean and had all amenities. the hotel is 15 minutes walk away from Luton terminal and there is great value for money in staying at this hotel in lieu of sleeping uncomfortable in the airport overnight. also, there could also be cost benefit in returning a hired car a day earlier and staying in the hotel

I loved the entrance reception area and the bar area and eating area with the large screen tv. The ability to eat 24/7 with the light snack menu meant we didn't need to eat a full meal - could go out shopping for the day and return, relax and enjoy a snack in the bar with a drink. The railway close to the hotel was very useful for visiting London

I went to this hotel for one night. The hotel is close to train station Luton Parkway, just behind it. Cleanness is perfect, my room was with sofa, spacious, with high speed internet connection. Exactly in front of the hotel is a bus stop for shuttle bus to get to Luton airport, the ticket costs 1,50. The bus goes every 10-15 minutes. I think this hotel is very suitable for travellers going to or from the airport. Might be for business, probably not for long stay, because it is too far from the

Hotel was fine for a one night stay close to the airport. We left too
early to want breakfast. The staff were initially fine but when we
wanted to eat dinner out, not at their restaurant as the menu was not
appealing, told us how to walk to the town centre nearby, sending us in
the opposite direction, Fortunately we were suspicious and asked locals.

For the price paid excellent; room was modern, well furnished, tasteful, reasonably quiet, staff friendly and intelligent, standards of service were worthy of the Hilton name. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The local knowledge of the reception staff on arrival and the guidance given by phone, to find the hotel from LUTON AIRPORT was excellent - suprisingly noisy in the room facing the main road although we were a fair distance from the road and the road was only an A road .

A beautiful old building with a pretty restaurant. Bedrooms in newerwing so modern and clean. Excellent breakfast - loads of choice. Veryattentive waiting staff.
