The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the check in was done
quickly. The room was impeccable - clean and comfortable. It had a
coffee maker and flat screen tv. Soundproof windows were very good as
the planes took off or landed just a few hundred yards away. Easy access
to the airport by foot if you need to walk. Free parking if you're a

we arrived at the hotel early and did not expect to be given a room until later in the day. The front desk staff (Justin) went out of their way to find us a family room. the room was very clean and had all amenities. the hotel is 15 minutes walk away from Luton terminal and there is great value for money in staying at this hotel in lieu of sleeping uncomfortable in the airport overnight. also, there could also be cost benefit in returning a hired car a day earlier and staying in the hotel

Stayed here for three weeks for business purposes and have to admit that after the three week period it felt like family. Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful (contrary to what other people say), always willing to help and offer directions/advice etc.

greeted by lovely staff who assisted our check in. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Tea and coffee....pub two minutes from hotel, airport 5 minutes from hotel. Early morning call prompt, greeted again in the morning and wished well on our holidyas...Lenny was so right..........perfect....x

Would stay here again in a heartbeat! - We were amazed by the cleanliness on the room and it was spacious. I will definately recommend my friends on this hotel and if I would ever catch a flight at Luton, I will book the same hotel again. I believed that Primier Inn has a chain of hotels, so please keep up the excellent standard like in Luton Airport Premier Inn.

Excellent venue in the countryside which we chose due to its location
very close to Luton airport prior to our break in Malta. We only wish we

The room was tastefully decorated, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom has a relaxing view of the countryside.
The cottage is isolated, in a panoramic position: you can keep the curtains open without fear for your own privacy!
The breakfast is homemade, very good and plentiful, and the breakfast room is very nice, with tables for each group of guests. The person who greeted us - the landlady was on holiday those days - was welcoming and extremely polite. It's really colse to Hitchin, a nic

For the price paid excellent; room was modern, well furnished, tasteful, reasonably quiet, staff friendly and intelligent, standards of service were worthy of the Hilton name. Location good for early flights from Luton airport. - Hotell was really nice and staff was very helpful and exellent. Very quality rooms. Good breakfast.

The breakfast was fast and included in the price. - I wasn't expecting a great breakfast due to a review I read from a previous guest, however, either the hotel have improved the breakfasts dramatically since then, or the previous guest was being far too fussy. Staff were very helpful, polite, efficient and happy to help. I requested extra pillows,and theye arrived within 15mins. Disabled Parking and facilities were excellent. Will be using again!!!!!!! - Easy to locate off the M1. Stayed Sunday night for Monday flight from Luton Airport. Good rooms, clean and comfortable.
