I was looking for a hotel near to the O2, and the Ramada is excellent for that. Great if you arrive at London city airport. I was made very welcome from the moment I arrived at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and I was surprised how quiet it was, especially when the hotel is next to an airport, motorway and railway ! - When we arrive

The staff was nearly perfect and helpful, they solved our problems immediately. Although there were 2 kids beside us i feel myself very safe. It was quiet hotel and confortable. Once you arrive at the hotel you don't need a car, its next to the DLR, which some would say is a disadvantage but there was no sound, in fact we had 2 very peaceful nights. I've just returned from a two night stay at Aloft London Excel where I had a great time. Although this hotel is not in the centre of London, the DLR line (a metro line on the surface) station Prince Regent has direct access to the hotel and the station of Tower Gateway, in the centre of London, is within a trip of 15 minutes. Although a short visit we were made to feel very welcome, staff very nice and helpfull, all areas of the service provided were excellent will definately use a premier inn again! 10/10 from me, thanks. - The overall experience was friendly and I felt very well looked after by the staff. The food in the restaurant was also of a high standard.

The staff were superb - courteous, helpful and they all seemed to have customer focus as a basic principle. The hotel was clean and value for money. It was really busy on the night that we booked in at around 11.30pm. The gentleman who booked us in had just finished his shift. He had his coat and bag on, but because it was so busy, he took them off and started to help booking people in. he was so polite and we really appreciated that he was helping out even though he didn't have a duty to do

We travelled to London to attend a concert at the O2 Arena. The room we had was ideal, We could see the arena from our bedroom window and overlooked the green at the front. The free parking was great, and after settling our things into our room, we enjoyed the delights of a beer in the beautiful beer garden at the rear. 10 minute walk to the arena

Really pleased with the look and feel of the place. Its just been refurbished and it’s been really well done. Lovely decor and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was really busy with people due to go to the concert so if your after a quiet drink you might want to go in a little later but the staff coped well and drinks were served without too much delay. Well located for a concert as only a short walk to the O2 and station

The hotel is ideally located for anyone visiting London with a train station to Tower Bridge metres away.
