From the minute we walked in, the reception from all the staff was excellent. They were really very helpful and polite. The hotel was really clean and enjoyable,with easy access. The staff even allowed us to park our motor bikes under cover.
I would highly recommend the ballyrobin and will be returning within the year. -

Everything was fantastic the rooms were spotless and very up to date andthe staff were only to willing to help and were very friendly. What a gem! Everything was supplied to make my visit enjoyable. After an exhausting drive Joanne was so friendly and suggested a meal from the restaurant which was delivered to my suite. Delicious. After a day trip to Giant's Causeway it was so great to relax with a glass of wine in my warm and cozy lounge. Will definitely return.

The staff were excellent. Everyone from check in to dining, Bar and breakfast staff were simply the "BEST".
We arrived about 10 minutes after dinner was closed and was accommodated without hesitation to an excellent meal,. "Great Chefs".Just simply a great place to stay. -
