The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked great! It's also in a great location - just a short walk from Taksim Square. The best part of the hotel was the staff - they literally ran through tear gas with us to help us make our way to a shuttle for an early morning flight. Beyond these mild heroics, they also were very valuable in helping us navigate the city, make plans, and were responsive to any room-related requests we had.

It was a most excellent stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was always someone available that spoke english. The house keeping staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were excellent. I would definitely stay here again! -

I had a great time,As we speak English and not many pepole did there,The hotel was great I went all inc,The rooms were very nice,The staff were great,They could not do enough to make you feel so welcome.We would 110% go again there.You had so many choices with the food there -

Location, next to the Osmanbey metro station. Also the shopping area of Nisantasi is very close. The conference centres of ICC and Lutfi Kirdar are a short 10-15 minutes walk away. Basic, no-nonsense accommodation, but very adequate, and reasonably priced. -

The stuff was very helpful, you get felling at you are staining at home. The location is good; with waking distant (1- 2 km) you can reach many good places. Taksem , Kabtash tram, ISIS ,and mall. My host was the greatest. Erol is outgoing and interested in making sure
his guests are safe and informed. The rooms are nice sized, though the
shower is unusual. He has only seven rooms but had had cancellations
because of reporting about Taksim Square so I was the only guest for the
first days. Erol took me on a tour of the city. I'm sure I
wouldn't have seen so much if not for him. And I'm sure he saved
me from being gouged by taxis.

Excellent staff service and very accommodating. Free fast internet and good value for the money. Close to shopping mall. thank you for evening shift staff in reception who did an excellent customer service during my stay. I would like to visit and stay again. -

DIVAN Istanbul is perfectly central, 3 minutes walk to Istiklal Caddesi and a 8 minute walk to the Dolmabahçe Palace and Bosphorus. While a hotel in an ideal location is not necessarily a good hotel, this hotel is close to ideal as it is luxurious, affordable with friendly and helpful staff. Made our stay in Istanbul memorable. Moreover, it has a good gymn, indoor swimming pool and a spa.

My stay at Rixos Hotel had a taste from heaven. Rixos is simply the best hotel in Istanbul, speacially for families with kids. This is the friendliest hotel I ever stayed and its not surprise that guests return year after year. holidayed here for 5 days 29 April-3 May 2013 with my wife and 7 years son,and I can honestly say it is one best places I have ever stayed.
