  Before I start I just want to say that the staff in this residence is beyond helpful. They are polite, always smiling and they speak good English. A special shout out to the morning receptionist Mr. Fadi, as he was very helpful and provided transportation tips that saved me some money. + As I mentioned the STAFF are amazing. + The rooms are very c... τι λέει ο κόσμος » lean. + the location is great. 5 minutes walk to the metro. + Very good price for the rooms. - very central location, very friendly and helpful staff (they went out of our way to help us) spacious, clean, and comfortable room, very good service, decent breakfast, central location, excellent as "value for money", everything was above standard. They even arranged to pick us from the airport and transfer us to the hotel for a decent price. We would go there again and strongly recommend the place

  The place is awersome! We stayed for 4 nights and we felt very good! At the reception was permanently a person to give you the key and notice who gets inside. The place was quiet and clean. We order food in our room and the receptionist helped us to make the order. She also helped us to find diffrent places in Istambul. It was a good place to do shopping, the place is near by a big mall. - Very friendly and hospitable staff, front desk even called me while en route because I hadn't been able to receive their reply to me via email. And went out of their way to serve us. Don't really know if I should recommend this hotel because it is a jewel hidden :-) but cannot keep it to myself. Few mins. Walk to Metro and all kind of local shops, restaurants and food stores. Yummy. Will definitely come back again!

  1) Nice friendly staff, homely atmosphere , Mesut and young lady at reception were quite helpful. 2) Room was spacious (huge) with kitchenette having electric kettle, microwave, induction cooker 3) Clean wash room with separate shower area 4) Location close to international convention centre (400 meters), 15 mts walk to Taksim. Nice cafes (cafe zone in particular) all around. 5) Quite area, good room to relax - The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked great! It's also in a great location - just a short walk from Taksim Square. The best part of the hotel was the staff - they literally ran through tear gas with us to help us make our way to a shuttle for an early morning flight. Beyond these mild heroics, they also were very valuable in helping us navigate the city, make plans, and were responsive to any room-related requests we had.

  I really liked the staff. They were very friendly and responsive. I especially appreciated Bulent's and Serdar's service from administration. They would help with any single request even not connected with the residence itself. The things that I liked most in Tan Residence is that it's clean and secure!! It is also worth mentioning that the price accommod - This was my first trip with my children and the apartment was very handy. It was fully equipped, clean and there was plenty of space. We used the washing machine too!Saaduldin, in reception was very helpful. He gave us places to visit and made our stay comfortable. The metro is closeby, although we didnot use it. There is plenty of cafes and restaurant within walking distances. The fish restaurant was the best. I highly recommend this place for people who want to visit Istanbul and have a home-

  My wife and I loved everything about the place. The friendliness, warmth and helpfulness of the staff. The nice, clean and comfortable apartment (fully equipped kitchen and dining area) that we had at the top of the building, which was complemented by a beautiful view of that part of Istanbul.
