Haad Yao beach was by far the best beach I visited on Koh Phangan, and
the High Life Bungalows had an amazing view of it perched on top of the
rocks at the south of the beach. The restaurant served excellent
breakfasts, lunches, dinners and drinks (smoothies and cocktails). It

We're a family of 3 with a 5 Y.O. boy. We spent 5 days at High Life
and had a wonderful time there. The hotel has a great atmosphere and you
can feel life flowing throughout this place.
The hotel's on a cliff, the views are incredible. There is a short passage down the stairs to one of the greatest beaches on Koh Phangan - Haad Yao, which is very convenient.

Excellent bungalow very much in beach front. We did take family bungalow because it was nearest from beach, allthough we traveled with two of us. But it was in good price range and absolutely worth that price! Restaurant had very good food (best in the beach) and BBQ every night (also, excellent food!). We totally loved our stay here at haad salad, the staff are amazing
especially the English chap who makes sure all runs smoothly and done
all he could to help us there, before we went we read on the reviews how
far away from haad rin it was, it didn't stop us booking there and
I'm glad I ignored those reviews, we jumped a taxi bus for 150 baht
to take us in and paid 200 to get back, we hired a scooter from haad
salad villa and I strongly advice any traveler to do this also, at 200 a
day it will

In terms of accommodation, the bungalows are fantastic value for money. It is a basic set up, with just enough room for a massive double bed and TV. The bathroom does only have a manually flushing toilet, but this is common throughout Asia and was not a problem for me. We stayed at Comon bungalow 4 days and we felt so lucky we found this
place. Comon and his partner, Sanya created that warm feeling of being
with friends, they helped us around with precious advise on what to
do/see on the island, they shared with us local knowledge about Ko
Phangan and Thailand generally. Comon played the guitar one evening for
us, including a song written by him:) He is a very talented person and

Scooter rental was cheap easy and fun way to get around. We would stay again and recommend Sabii Bay to a friend. Great stay thank you! :)

- They have a variety of bungalows for different budgets.
Some looked more luxurious, others were more simple, but still very nice.
-Beautiful landscaping, well maintained
-All bungalows have Hammocks to relax and read.. on the beach there are comfortable chairs to relax in as well.
-The Belgian family who run the property are very kind and helpf

- Location was perfect! Directly on (very nice and clean) beach. Far enough from the busy side where the full moon parties take place.

A lot of activities in the area since you are a bit in the middle of everything.
- Basic but excellent bungalows. Really clean and comfortable.
- Great and friendly staff. The owner are Belgian and super relaxt. Nothing is a problem for them and they help you with anything you want.

The owners (Lise and her husband) were absolutely wonderful. They were accommodating, kind and called all the guests by their first names. The food was good, the beach was beautiful and quiet (with a very low tide in the morning, which made for great walks out in the sea). The sunset was incredible here and he bungalows were clean and comfortable.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. The bungalows are very clean, quite big and beautiful, surrounded by flowers and 50 meters from the beach. The Heaven bar is right on the beach, great for a sunset drink and beyond. The owner is lovely, friendly and really caring about the clients that stay in her hotel. The food is delicious and you can get a lot of different meals for cheap prices. All in all, perfect value hotel, well located and a quiet beach, with an excellent and competent staff.

loved the staff, Mr and Mrs 'Owner' and the helpful bloke were all lovely. The setting was lovely, the correct number of loungers appearing on the beach in the shade every morning. We were upgraded as we were the only people there when we arrived. The food was very tasty and reasonable value, the pool was clean.

Staff were brilliant. A Thai couple who own it and a younger guy who seems to do all te running around. We stayed 4 nights for the full moon in the basic room and it was fine nice and clean and comfy. The pool and surroundings are amazing when you are lying by the pool you feel like you are in paradise with the palm trees and amazing beach in the background. Been travelling 3 weeks and this was by far our favourite place we stayed.
