Hotel is not in nice ambience but good located, 5min from city train (s) away which is easily linked with metro. Pool is a benefit in hot days,however many dead flies were "swimming as well".
:) it does not provide free wifi but the pc room offers 1h for 20 baht. -
Crowning feature = the HUGE pool.

I love the decor of the rooms. Also the comfort and the swimming pool.The laundry service and room service were excellent. And the staff are very polite and helpful.. Staff were wonderful, breakfast was very good, the room very clean and comfortable, all at a very reasonable tarrif. It was also in a great 'buzzy' area. - Perfect location, right in the city center. Spacious room, superb breakfast. Helpful staff, good travel agency and massage in house.

We were a couple, staying in a windowless room, but experienced no problem -
The hotel is new. Rooms are well furnished, large and very clean. Breakfast is rich, with many coiches, both western and thai, and breakfast room has a nice view from the 12th floor. Wifi is good. Position is perfect, near central station and chinatown, with restaurants and supermarket close to the hotel. English speaking staff is very kind and will help you with anything.

great hotel, great service, great breakfast,book the executive suites with the river view, try the 32 floor bar! The staff here were very friendly and professional and we couldn't believe that they had a cake in our room wishing us a 'Happy Honeymoon' and my husband a 'Happy Birthday'. What a lovely personal touch!

Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. The extra effort to meet my needs (a box breakfast on the morning I left at 2AM for the airport!) were very unexpected but welcome. While they were always busy, I never felt they were too busy for me. -
