The office/owner was very helpful. There were often staff around keeping a eye on the rooms. Lockers were available for valuables in the main house which was always monitored.
I believe break ins and theft are now rife in Samui so having the staff observing things made me feel more comfortable.
Also, two of the windows have bars (security) which was good.
Started off badly- had to change rooms due to cockroaches and worms. staff had no problem with room move.
Beach- a two min walk to the right beautiful beach.
Location- near plenty of facilities- 15 min walk to centre
Scooters- only 150 for 24 hours

The rooms only have a simple push lock. Advise guests to take a padlock to double lock the door.
Bit run down, could do with a paint job and new curtains.
Room 6- cockroaches, worms, geckos, we had to change rooms- filthy- near laundry and cooking! Rm 8 a lot better.
Shower- very poor pressure
Fan- not strong enough, get a AC room
pay for wifi, no restaurant or bar!.
