I was amazed at how nice my hotel room was given the price. Large tv, granite floors, huge shower - it was great. I did not mind the lack of restaurant since it is right next door to the spa resort which has a great, inexpensive restaurant and yoga every morning.
We stayed in a villa a2 and the pool way 3 steps from our door. The room is huge!! It is right on the beach and a 10min stroll along the beach to the night life... we liked it so much we are heading back tomorrow for our last 3 nights...όλα τα σχόλια »
Very clean and comfortable place to stay, rooms were great and really spacious (stayed in the beachfront bungalow). Location was okay not too far out of lamai only a 10 mins stroll along the beach.
The staff was great with our baby, hotel is comfortable, big rooms, very nice pool.
Hotel was really nice, clean and located very good. we loved the pool.

Beachside villa was good, spacious with pool at the entrance. Good air conditioning and large comfortable bed. Flat screen TV with fridge and coffee and tea making facilities only. Good restuarant next door and nice beach walks. Hire a scooter to get around or simply wave down the local bus to go to all places of interest. Local 24 hour Supermarket across the road. We had two weeks here and found it perfect for us. Hired a scooter to get around. Inexpensive for a long stay. I think the twin ro.
At this end of the beach (north) there isn't many places where
you'll find a beach where you can actually be on, but here
you'll have. It isn't the nicest spot. But it's ok. The
hotel is nice and the bungalows are big and clean. The pool don't
seem to be used all that much (maybe people tend to go to the more
crowded part of Lamai?) and the hole resort is very relaxed and calm.
You can walk to Lamai center, but it'll take you 15-20min.
The beds are very hard but that is the same as the buddy resort and samaya bura - the other two similar hotels at this location.
Only has a bath no shower.
Only real criticism was the lack of communication skills with the staff, but i mean we are in their country expecting them to speak our language.
The road in front of the hotel is very busy and also noisy, no small night light next to the bed.
Staff was really friendly but any of the didin't speak english.

the pool bar has not much to offer, no restaurant and some staff at the pool cant speak English or Thai which makes it hard to communicate if you ever need anything at the pool.
Since we are muslim.....not so easy for us to hunt for meal.
Bathroom was fitted was a hand held shower fitting for the bath. Had to be very careful exiting the bath and probably ackard for older less agile people. It is only a villa to stay in, not a resort. Swimming pool and surrounds showing signs of age. No spa available.
No restaurant. This means that you have to look for a place to eat every
time. Fortunately there is enough options nearby. For breakfast we went
to the resort next to ours and for 300 baths you could have nice
dinners. There is also a 24h minimart just across the road, witch is
convenient. I guess staying in the hotel part could be noicy. Especially
if you are staying on the main road side. There is a lot of traffic.
