The Suite is with an excellent Matterhorn view. The staff is very friendly. A hotel employee met us at the station and drove us to the hotel. Impeccable cleanliness is maintained in the hotel - rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily, linen is changed twice a week. The breakfast is very diverse and plentiful. The room is small but contains everything so it not a problem. Both the room and toilet is very clean and decorated very nicely. Wifi is offered for guest for free. The location is near both Gornegrat and Sunnega, and is very convenient.

Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck. Most amazing for Switzerland: Even the staff is super friendly and helpful! -

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our balcony had a view of the

I was lucky, upgraded to the suite. Very comfortable beds, well appointed bathroom and a view of the Matterhorn. The hotel was comfortable and beautifully decorated like a game lodge. The meals were great. Free pick up from the train station, and return. -

Really well run, super mod, beautifully managed property. Small and charming. Expensive but rooms were spectacular as was service...so get what you pay for. -
clean and spacious room, breakfast in room (no eating facility within hotel), customers receive prompt attention, nice and small so quiet and cosy.

The staff in the Arcare building were very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning and maintenance were punctual and efficient.
Front desk staff were very helpful.
Restaurant was good and waiting staff friendly and attentive.
Hotel bar was good for meeting and chatting with other guests with a very nice and friendly barman in charge.

A 5 minute walk to rent skis/sports shop, and another 5 minutes to the Sunneggabahn funicul -
1 min walking distance from train station. Spacious room with a couzy sofa and an armchair, huge balcony for a five o'clock tea; nicely designed bathroom with a window. Slippers/bath gown. Swmming pool, sauna, solarium - all very nice.

The hotel is not very modern furnished in general, but have modern bathrooms and a large and delicious SPA area. All parts of the hotel seems well maintained and everything is clean. Good breakfast with a broad selection of cold cuts, cereals, eggs, bacon and sausages.

We brought our 10 month old twins, so travelling is always an ordeal. The staff was wonderful, and the room was traditional Swiss (which I loved!). Even though the hotel policies stated that there was a maximum of one babycot per room, there were two lovely wooden cribs set up for us when we arrived. I met the lady staying next door to us who had 6

Staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English.

About a ten minute walk to the gondola to the Matterhorn ski area (can change at Furi for the Gornegrat ski area too). Only slightly uphill (easy inclines) from local shops, restaraunts & ski hire, so overall, pretty conveniently placed. Quiet loca

friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good and everyone
including our picky eater was happy with the choices. It's on a
quieter side street but still close to lifts, apreski, restaurants
