  Staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. Pleasant room. Nice buffet breakfast. About a ten minute walk to the gondola to the Matterhorn ski area (can change at Furi for the Gornegrat ski area too). Only slightly uphill (easy inclines) from local shops, restaraunts & ski hire, so overall, pretty conveniently placed. The breakfast was quite good and everyone including our picky eater was happy with the choices. It's on a quieter side street but still close to lifts, apreski, restaurants and shopping.
