Ambience, cleaniness, friendliness of staff - Its location was excellent and although garage parking was available at a cost the staff assisted by moving our car into free street parking and we had no hassles at all.

Lovely hotel, perfect location but the staff was a standout. All of them were genuine and helpful. In particular the concierge, Ishaq Gardizy, was amazing. I found myself with the opportunity to travel to Geneva for CERN open days and was in an unplanned rush of sorts. He was excellent at helping me get where I needed to be when I needed to be. On

The room I booked, though expensive, has the value. The overall feeling of interior, river & city view are excellent. Hotel location is also good.
The machine that provides fresh orange juicy for breakfast is outstanding.
The adjustable bed is considerate.
In-room Wi-fi is now available & free ( it was not ).

η εξυπηρετηση - efficiency of staff, helpfulness, comfort of room, - The hotel was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely, the room was very nicely decorated; the attention to detail was excellent. Definately far superior to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in, even better than some 5 star hotels.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was newly redone and was comfortable and had all of the conveniences one would want. The restaurants are very nice and have great food. Everything! I travel quite often and this is a gem! Room was small, but very clean, well organized, super comfy bed/pillows, nice bathroom with shower - and sparkling clean, and small balcony (would be nice in the summer). Staff were also very friendly & helpful! Is right near the 8/3 trams, the 3 takes you straight to the main train station -

Very clean and comfortable, close to the town centre and the staff were
always friendly and helpful. My room was bigger than expected and I was
the only person using the shared bathroom on my floor. I liked that a
generous breakfast was included in the (already very reasonable) price
and that there was a computer with internet access on the ground floor
for guest use. There was even a printer with it, making me think the
hotel has really thought about what travellers might need. The art

The hotel is very quaint and is located perfectly near main train station and old city. If you are looking for a conventional hotel and all it's amenities then Helvetia not for you. This is a boutique hotel and our room was the apartment, was great, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant there is excellent

I like having a "place of my own," where I felt like I was coming home in the evening and not to a hotel. Having a little kitchen, immediately makes you more "local" as you shop for groceries. Nice to get up and make a coffee when you want, instead of waiting for the breakfast to open. -

Friendly helpful staff, excellent distance from city centre and airport. Public transport tram in front of the hotel makes it easy to reach all interesting parts of the city. Excellent location; very efficient, warm and friendly staff. We were upgraded, much to our surprise, and our room and bathroom were very large, the bed extremely comfortable. Great design hotel with such friendly and helpful staff (especially the bar that share shots with you when you arrive at closing time!). Felt both sleek and intimate which is hard balance to get right. Having visited Zurich before and only ever stayed in the centre it was great to get to know the 4th. A very nice, modern and comfortable hotel in the quartel, where ordinary people are living, away from the tourist zones. Some restaurants (italian, chinese...) within the walking distance, also a nice hammam open till 11 p.m. Good public communication, even if you have to walk a little bit, by bus to the main railway station, by tram to the centre and by s-bahn to the airport. Very modern design of the rooms, quiet location (the back building) and the tree forest from the back.

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your
needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the
city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the
airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently
excellent. The Spa and rooftop pool overlooking the city - Spectacular!! -

Room was spacious and well appointed. I didn't try the pool or spa but I will next time. This is an absolutely top class hotel.
