It was a home from home, which is great after staying in hotels. The facilities were excellent and the location was great, just five minutes from Puerto del Sol. I loved this apartment. I would have no hesitation recommending it to other people visiting Madrid. The view is amazing, location is perfect, facilities are superb, WIFI is reliable and super fast! Hotel staffs are very kind - Big comfortable rooms. Free wireless internet access. considering the location of the hotel and the traffic on main road, I couldn't hear the noise in the bedroom. Very good location for train, underground and bus.

The hotel is very centrally located on Calle Cava Baja, a street lined

The location was ideal, just 2 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 3 star hotel and very small it is not short of all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and good quality food. The breakfast the hotel offered is the best I've ever had (even compared to 5 star hotels). If you can afford to stay at any of the attic rooms, I strongly recommend it...wow!!!

When we arrived the guy that checked us in was amazing! He was genuinely friendly, pointed out all the places we had to check out and his recommendations were great. The apartment that we stayed in was superb. Very comfortable, perfect for a couple. The furnishings were excellent. Location was also amazing.
