absolutly amazing !! Nice view, wonderful restaurant, wonderful SPA, wonderful staff and services. All the staff was absolutely nice with us. - It´s an excelent hotel, a nice pool, far from the turists location but very close to the subway station. Excelent choice and value for money.

The rooms are spectacular and the staff are all fantastic. We had 7 star service from everyone and a wondeful stay from the minute we arrived. I have alreay recommended it to freinds and business colleagues.

The staff at the Ada Palace were so helpful. I lost the boarding pass they had printed for me and they did everything to reprint it after the details of my flight had also disappeared, my fault, I was very distressed, they were wonderful and sorted it for me. The room was perfect, overlooking the city but not noisy, -
Very reasonably priced for a city hotel. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was also a good size and the bed was large and very comfortable. Best of all the room was quiet so it was possible to get a good nights sleep even in the middle of a noisy city. The hotel is easy to find just a short walk from Plaza Cibeles where the airport bus stops. All the main attractions and shops are within easy walking distance. good staff cool hotel value the money the location in the med between santiago stadium ang gran via road were you can spend the day shoppnig but you must have rent car it is easy to drive there and less expen than using taxi all the time -

The ideal hotel in the right place! (excellent location). It is a charming hotel with a real five stars service in the heart of the most elegant place of Madrid.(Barrio Salamanca). - The rooms were very nice and the hotel staff was polite and attentive. Everyone spoke very good English and did their best to accomidate your needs.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. We went for a delux room on a special offer they had that included breakfast. The breakfast was available till 11.00am and had pleanty to offer every taste and requirement. The hotel Spa was really good although you do have to wear a swimming hat in the pool.
