Hotel staffs are very kind - Big comfortable rooms. Free wireless internet access. considering the location of the hotel and the traffic on main road, I couldn't hear the noise in the bedroom. Very good location for train, underground and bus.

Friendly, helpful staff. Well-appointed apartment. We were upgraded to a flat in a different, quiter location after our original choice of apartment had to be closed for repairs. - big not expansive but too noisy.

The apartments are situated in an excellent position between two main metro stations. We found the location brilliant, only ten minutes walk to the Gran Via. Although there was noise from the front bedrooms it was nothing unusual than you would expect from a capital city. The reception staff were very friendly and polite. The apartments fantastic.

The Apartment was in the center of Madrid. Easy access to the transpotations and everything you need. Super clean and tidy. very nice decore and furniture.Once you enter this Apartment , you just feel like it's your home. Highly recommended. The owner was not speaking very good english but she was super nice to usand had a great smile. -

When we came from airport he met us with plate of hamon and beer and tell us: Now it's your new home. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The apartment in itself was homey. Overall, the accommodation proved very suitable for our needs as a group of friends travelling together (e.g., the kitchen was well equipped, bed linen and towels were provided).

Front Desk was very competent and they went out of their way to help us and we were very demanding. housecleaning was very nice and also efficient.
Spa was nicely equipped.

Location is excellent. The apartments are modern, spacey and well equipped. Staff is very smart, friendly, helpful and responded to our needs in no time. Also staff is English speaking. This is the place to stay in Madrid. -

The location is excellent, if you take the night train at Chamartin train station, you must book this hotel, you will find that there are lots of advantages there. The hotel is clean, but seems old. - The hotel was so convenient to the train station.
