The staff received an award for their friendly and helpful attitude, and they deserved it. And the free dinner. Top class.

The staff is definitely friendly and helpful when you have questions. They are knowledgeable and willing to help you all the time.
The room I stayed in clean and comfy, the shower is great and separated for male and female which gives security of usage.
There's a lift is great and helpful for heavy luggage.

Probably the best staff during our European trip. They're so helpful and friendful for everything. Clean rooms and good price for Barcelona standarts. Free Wifi everywhere. Useful lobby allows people to get in touch. So close to Sants Train Station and underground metro station. And also very close to Camp Nou for Barça fans.

1. Owner is a very hospitable. He met us in the centre cause we came early and took our luggage. So it was really comfortable for us. When coffee finished in the apartment we called to him, and in few minutes no problem. And so on

Just one word about this Apartment: The Best one. This apartment is one of the best we have got in Barcelona for a longtime, and where i have enjoyed a very nice stay with all my family. My children were feeling like at home. And it is very well located near Metro, taxi, in a good area of Barcelona where you have a lot of shops, etc..I recommend everyone going to Barcelona for business or holidays to stay there. We liked the huge windows on our room and the fact we could open a door
and walk out on a big balcony. Definitely a plus for anyone who likes a
light, bright, airy, large room. Also liked the swivel flat screen tv
and large refrigerator. For someone who wants a view, a great kitchen
set up with everything you need to prepare your own meals, and a very
short stroll to the Sants train station to access downtown - it's
great for a one or two night stay, and a good value.

The apartment was clean, kitchen, beds, bathroom, wifi, etc, were carefully maintained. Location is 5 minutes walking to both Sants train station and metro. The staffs were quite helpful when I requested for late check-out (from 11am to 12 noon).

The apartments are basic but comfortable, modern building in a newly developed area opposite the Gran Via 2 Shopping centre (with huge Carrefour supermarket).
