Many restaurants, bars and shops can be found in the area, as well as a supermarket right beside the apartment.
Badal Metro Station is located opposite the Marimar apartment. Plaza Catalunya can be reached in a 15-minute metro ride.

1. Owner is a very hospitable. He met us in the centre cause we came early and took our luggage. So it was really comfortable for us. When coffee finished in the apartment we called to him, and in few minutes no problem. And so on
2. Apartment was really comfortable. Three rooms with hall. You can stay 6 person absolutely normal.
3. Location. Not perfect for shopping but normal to go to the centre and airport. 3 minutes to metro. 15 minutes taxi to the centre = 12-15 euros.

Just one word about this Apartment: The Best one. This apartment is one of the best we have got in Barcelona for a longtime, and where i have enjoyed a very nice stay with all my family. My children were feeling like at home. And it is very well located near Metro, taxi, in a good area of Barcelona where you have a lot of shops, etc..I recommend everyone going to Barcelona for business or holidays to stay there. The friendly, practical and helpful approach by Jose was outstanding. His generous assistance enabled us to make the most of the short time we had available and made our stay in Barcelona an enjoyable and memorable one.

Location was very close to Badal metro station and 10-15 min walk to Nou Camp.
Some fresh fruits were awaiting us and we really enjoyed our time.
We did not have any dislikes.
Did not know about the upfront payment of deposit and cleaning fees (EUR190 additional) but maybe i did not check it properly. Though no need to worry about the deposit I would say.
