The staff was really nice and at our service all the time. It was very clean and the two bedroom room is relly big and has it's own bathroom, and the price for 6 days was excellent. The location is great. The value is great. Your really cant complain too much when it's about 30 euros a night in this location. Facility is a bit outdated, but it is cheaper and yet still a lot better and more comfortable than most hostels in Europe of that price range. It is clean for the most part and staff is friendly. We got a three people room for 30 a night.

The Staff was really friendly and helpful. The size of the room was great for me and just enough for two. wifi is in the room. Great price in an excellent location; it was very easy to find everything and the staff gave me a map and explained a bit about where I was. The breakfast (located a block away in their exclusive restaurant) was worth it f

The location of the hostel is close to shopping venues, metro station and tourist interests. The staff was helpful and kind they gave me my breakfast at night since I was leaving very early before the breakfast is served. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes next to the hostel.

καθαριότητα, ευγένεια προσωπικού. - Staff at front desk was very kind and helpful. Rooms were excellent, for an 'hostal'. Location is great and very easy to reach. We didn't take breakfast; plenty of places around. - We were highly impressed at the cleanliness. All staff were professional and friendly.

Excellent location near the Metro and many restaurants. Friendly, helpful people at the front desk who helped make dinner reservations for us. Good WiFi in our room. Comfortable beds and quiet A/C. - I really liked staying here. The location is close to everything, the staff was really nice to us and the room was quite at night.

The ambiance was great and it is situated in the center of Madrid, it was the perfect place to stay. It was a pleasant place for the budget and it is located in place where it is easier to access all forms of public transport. Very impressed with cleaning and making of beds everyday. -

It's an hostal, not an hotel. Said that, everithing was really good: WiFi decent, clean room (they clean it every day) and the staff is very helpful. Position is very good: really close to atocha, to the retiro gardens, the Prado, the modern art museum.. And close to city centre as well. In case in the district there are too different bars/pubs..

Very good located. Near of public transportation (Callao metro station). Near to the moust important sightseeings. On the oposit side is a supermarket on the underground level from a shopping mall (you can find here glutenfree products too) and nearby a lot of little restaurants. Ask for the kitchen by the reception. -

Το design των δωματίων, η τοποθεσία του ( πολύ κεντρικό σημείο αλλά και ήσυχο), το πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό του. The hotel was excellent, clean and a very good price. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English. Hotel is in the centre of Madrid so when you go behind the corner, you are immediately in the shopping streets. We highly recommend this hotel and will visit again when we'd go back to Madrid! A+ -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ts via short, interesting walk, or metro lines very close. Also, hundreds of restaurants nearby! And the staff are all very, very helpful and nice. And the rooms are very secure, and each is different - and you couldn't beat the price.
