I can strongly recommend this place to people who look for something cozy, stylish, not typical. You feel more like at home, not like in a hotel. There is a common space for the guests where you can sit around big table, drink high quality coffee (free of charge) and relax.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good English and put themselves out to help in any way they could. Tea and coffee facilities were excellent even though not located in individual rooms, with complementary fresh milk and bottled watered. Air conditioning. We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments with my elderly parents and two children. The location was superb, a few blocks from the Passeig de Gracia, many local restaurants nearby as well as stores and a very cool local market/grocery store. When we arrived we were given an in/out pass for a nearby underground parking lot (45E for 4 days approx.)
