  Staff were very friendly and helpful, free wifi in the lobby was useful. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as there were a lot of cafes around to sit outside. We had chosen a double room as the preferred option but we were offered a twin as it would be bigger with a better view so we took it.   Great location, 3 blocks from Passieg de Gracia train station, 5 blocks from Las Ramblas. Very convenient for a flyin holiday. No need to rent a car. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Their English was much better than my Spanish! Rooms were clean, comfortable and quaint.   The staff were very helpful and polite. It felt very safe that staff were on hand 24 hrs, and the hotel was clean and within easy reach of the city centre, and nearby metro stations. The bathroom facilities were modern and nice, and shower was amazing!   The hotel is an absolute gem tucked just steps away from Las Ramblas. I loved the decor- upscale, unique, very elegant, yet simple and almost rustic at the same time. The room was sparkling clean everyday, comfortable bed, ac with cold and hot air flow, young and really helpful and friendly staff. This hotel is in the heart of the city and honestly you pay less but get much more for what you paid! Excellent! Would definitelly go back to B
