Staff all spoke excellent English and are exceptionally helpful. 2 days before arrival, we received an email with exact instructions how to get to the hotel. The location of this hotel is perfect. We could walk to the Alhambra and
everything else easily. There is a little cafe, Manuel's connected
to the restaurant where a delicious little breakfast can be had for a
few euros. Unlike other hotel breakfast buffets which tend toward tired
meat, cheese and fruit platters with tang and machine made coffee, this
restaurant served fresh squeezed oj, great cafe con leche and delicious
croissants. The waiter is the fastest guy ever! Staff was very helpful

location and staff wee excellent - The rooms are really nice, wide and clean. It's quite far from the city center, but you can get the bus number 7 (1,10 euro) few meters from the hotel.

We liked the design of the hotel. Very friendly at reception, day and nice. We enjoyed the very nice roof terrace. Very quiet although in the old part of town. And for us of great importance the very high quality of beds and the viscoelastical pillows. Difficult to find.
