If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform BarcelonaForRent The Borne in advance. Please note that the following mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 80 is NOT included in the room rate and is payable directly at the BarcelonaForRent Apartments’ main office. A refundable deposit of EUR 300 MUST be paid on arrival by credit card. Please note check-in during the following times incurs the following charges: After 22:30 - EUR 30. Between 01:00 and 02:00: EUR 50. Check-in is not possible after 02:00. Please note that bed linen and towels are included. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Carrer Bailén 120 , 08003 Barcelona. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
