Please note that the following mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 80 is NOT included in the room rate and is payable directly at the BarcelonaForRent Apartments’ main office. A refundable deposit of EUR 300 MUST be paid on arrival by credit card. Please note check-in during the following times incurs the following charges: After 22:30 - EUR 30. Between 01:00 and 02:00: EUR 50. Check-in is not possible after 02:00. Please note that bed linen and towels are included.
