Excellent stay. Staffs were extremely attentive and welcoming since you stepped into the door and until you leave. They are all happy to answer any questions you have and provide extra information about the area and Slovenia in general. Room is spacious and the house has a nice garden where you can relax. Really close to shops, bus stops and of course lake bled itself. Highly recommend staying here.

Friendly and professional staff. Very welcoming and helpful. Travelled with a 1 year old baby. The family suite was clean and luxurious. The meals and service available at the Vila was outstanding. The views and atmosphere of the Vila was one of the best that we had visited in Europe. - Everything! Amazing location, gorgeous surroundings, excellent hotel staff, fantastic hotel restaurant. Would love to visit this place again.

Loved this house, stayed in small upstairs apartment, parking in front, great breakfast delivered by host upon request (felt so spoiled). Service was more than excellent. The room was fantastic pretty much a small apartment with a lovely balcony overlooking the lake. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were the only people staying and we were a little nervous about eating an evening meal there thinking it might not be that good and a tad awkward. We had no cause for concern; the food was excellent and the service perfect. Heartily recommend staying here and I would stay here again. This was one of the most beautifully located hotels we have ever stayed at. The room was wonderful Iots of light), good AC, it was clean and comfortable, minutes from the lake. We had a large, light, very comfortably equipped room. We were on the third floor but our bags were brought up for us - no lift. The position is excellent and the staff are the real reson I am responding to this. They spoke great English, spent time researching our onward journey and generally could not have been more helpful. The hotel is clean and nice. Location is close to the lake, bus station and a very nice restaurant named Ostrina. Basically owner did everything including carry luggage, arranging breakfast, provided travel guides and cleanning the rooms... He did very well but we worried about his health...Hope he take care, we will visit Bled again with staying in his hotel.
