What we like most is the room. It is spacious and homey. The location of the hotel is very accessible and excellent, as the bus stops in front of the hotel and few minutes walk to nearby mall. The staff were falling over themselves to be helpful. The reception staff made a tiny error the booking in process and upgraded us immediately. Very nice thank you.

My husband and i had a wonderful journey on our honeymoon in Singapore! One of the favourite things i did like was spending days at Sheraton Towers Hotel. The location is very convenient. The staffs were very helpful, also they have this friendly indian man dress up in old dutch costume who is super funny and friendly.
On the room itself, my family had a great stay during our visit to singapore. Everything was well prepared.

Excellent serviced apartment complex for a family staying in Singapore.
3 bedroom apartment had plenty of space for 5 of us with the laundry,

The staff from the doorman to the receptionist and housekeeping were polite, efficient and professional. They made our stay a very pleasant one.
There were two main things we were very happy about:
1) We were grateful to have been informed that my husband had left his wallet behind when we checked out.

Hotel itself is a cosy luxury heritage property. Rooms were large, quiet, well-appointed and spacious. We got nothing but excellent service from the staff. A mention of our 20th anniversary at booking had the manager send up a complimentary cake and card! The Scotts / Orchard Road location is ideal for tourists. The grounds and outdoor pools are great for passing a balmy afternoon.

Grand Hyatt has been like a second home to me every time I'm in Singapore. The staff are very helpful, no need to question about cleanliness. Although there was a renovation at some floors, I didn't hear any noise and I was informed about this when I booked for the reservation. -

We were upgraded from a Club Room (Tower Wing) to a Deluxe Room in the Valley Wing. We were upgraded to the Valley Wing Club floor for a moderate price increase which was well worth it. Breakfast was included and served in lovely lounge. Pre dinner cocktails also included, & staff remembered our preferences.

I liked the location, tucked in behind Robinson's Center Point and the lovely Cuppage restaurant area in restored shop houses. The personnel were friendly and polite. The room was clean and quiet and I was able to adjust the temperature to my liking which is sometimes difficult to do in hotels -- in my case usually rooms are too cold. The pool area

At first I have booked the weekend package and requested a smoking room.
Since the hotel practices strict policy on non smoking in their hotel
rooms we were suggested the pool terrace room which has its own balcony
and facing plus direct access to the pool. We loved the room. We will
definitely stay in the pool terrace floor again. -
