The clealiness of the room and the hotel staff are great. - Hotel staff were very friendly, facilites were new and in goodconditions, internet access is excellent. Many compliments provided andin general, the location is near to the famous orchard road.

We stayed there five nights and I can say that the hotel reaches most of
the guest expectations: good and quiet location (very closed to Orchard
street that is the shopping heaven), bathroom amenities, quality bed
linen and towels, services, friendly and smiling staff, free wi-fi, good
tv channels selection...the last channel, 34 if I remember, is

radio with a very relaxing music. Thank you for the airport transfer to
the hotel!!! I observed that the services are the same with an execut -
- The service of the staff at Quincy is excellent! They greeted us with
a smile every time we walk passed them. My boyfriend actually
misplaced his wallet near the front desk. We received a call in our
room and was told that a cleaner picked up his wallet (when he
didn't even realize)!
- It is definitely value-for-money when hotel provided full board meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) plus free flow of drinks from 6pm to 8pm. There's complimentary mini bar in the room too!

We very much thought the staff were so friendly and helpful. From the
door people, to the Information desk, the porters, the cashiers, the
people that checked us in, the room cleaning staff and the restaurant
staff (apart from the Commis 2nd Chef who was doing the scrambled eggs
and omelette in the mornings who seemed pretty miserable to be there

This is the best hotel if you want to stay with ur family... The room
size is big, very nice interiors, very close to orchard road... And
whosoever is writing bad about the staff it's all false... The staff
is so helpful be it the reception guys or the bell boys just so helpful
and if you are looking for Indian food nearby u have to walk for at
least 15 mins and the restaurant name is the curry culture near orchard
point.. Amazing food there.... I would definitely stay here again

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. We were upgraded to a penthouse apartment which was very nice. There was lots of room for everyone, and 4 bathrooms which meant there was no waiting to freshen up. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Washing machine was also very handy. All the staff at entrance and in management office, were polite and very friendly.

I liked the location, tucked in behind Robinson's Center Point and the lovely Cuppage restaurant area in restored shop houses. The personnel were friendly and polite. The room was clean and quiet and I was able to adjust the temperature to my liking which is sometimes difficult to do in hotels -- in my case usually rooms are too cold. The pool area

I've stayed at this hotel with my husband twice before, so we sort of became familiar with it. It's great in terms of location, right at the heart of Orchard Road, near all the places I needed to go to while we were there. And through LetsBookHotel.com we got a good rate. - Everythings from the hotel and the area comfort me so much !

What we like most is the room. It is spacious and homey. The location of the hotel is very accessible and excellent, as the bus stops in front of the hotel and few minutes walk to nearby mall. The rooms are very spacious, clean and equipped with the needed appliances. its value for money and would highly recommend it to others. Location is the best right on Orchard road where all shopping centers around.
